Payment processing is Stripe's standard rate, paid by the academy directly to Stripe. Underhook HQ takes no percentage of dues.
Questions owners ask
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. Month to month, cancel from the console, no setup fee. The same goes for your members: they can pause or cancel from their own portal without calling anyone.
What does payment processing cost?
Stripe's standard rates, paid by you directly to Stripe. Underhook HQ does not add a percentage on top of your members' dues; you pay the flat monthly price and nothing else to us.
Can I move over from Wodify, Mindbody, or Zen Planner?
Yes. Export your members and we import them with their plans, kids, and contact details. Existing cards cannot be moved between processors, so members re-enter their card once through a link we send; the schedule and programs are set up for you during onboarding.
Who owns the data?
You do. Members, attendance, signed waivers, and promotion history can be exported at any time as CSV and PDF. If you leave, you take it with you and we delete our copy.
What if I have two locations?
Academy covers more than one location under one academy. Each location has its own schedule and timezone; members and plans are shared.
